The controller was custom designed for this application.  The two digital temperature controllers were purchased on eBay and the rest of the components were purchased retail.  The mash controller senses mash temp via a thermocouple and operates (via a separate control relay) two stainless solenoid valves which control the recirc flow in the system.  The sparge controller controls HLT temp by cycling the propane supply to the burner via another solenoid valve and another relay.  There are separate switches for each solenoid valve which allow both manual and auto control (on/off/auto).  The pump switch allows for simple on/off control of the wort pump.  The power switch is key operated because, well, it looks cool.  The brass plate on the top of the controller is the dedication plaque.
